A clear promise, without pretending the world already exists.
These terms explain what Spring Meadow Park is today, what a Founding Contribution supports, and the one equal recognition we promise if the Founding Registry launches.

1. Who operates Spring Meadow Park
Spring Meadow Park is a project and trading name of EIPAW LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 09785386. Our registered office is 18–20 High Street, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP7 8JG. You can contact us at info@eipaw.com.
2. What exists today
Spring Meadow Park is an early-stage project and preview. You may create a real preview account, a person record and an editable draft Life Room, record a non-binding landscape interest, and walk through an unfinished part of The Park. These do not create or reserve a plot, permanent stone, property right, verified identity, Founding Registry claim, priority, or permanent place.
Our ambition is to build a lasting Founding Registry and a walkable Park, but the project may change, be delayed, or never launch. References to permanence describe the project's mission, not a guarantee that any service or server will exist forever.
Registering an email address for project updates only records interest. It does not create an account, reserve a place, establish priority, or join the Founding Registry.
Mobile verification is optional in the current preview. If used, it confirms that an account holder can receive a code at a mobile number at that time. It is useful contact evidence, but is not by itself proof of identity, uniqueness, ownership of the number, or entitlement to one permanent place. Children under 13 should create and use a preview account with a parent or guardian.
The Family Archive preview lets existing members invite one another, coordinate private records, propose a private draft for somebody reported as deceased, record that they recognise a person, and grant bounded Steward, editor, or viewer access. None of those actions proves identity, death, legal kinship, or authority; creates a public memorial, stone, claim, plot, or allocation; transfers ownership of a person; or permits travel to another person's Life Room. A recognition is evidence for later review, not a verification decision.
The walkable preview may include one shared development vehicle. It creates no ownership, reservation, allocation, paid advantage, or right to its continuing availability. Its position, occupants, controls, and existence may be corrected or reset while the preview is developed.
3. Founding Contributions
A Founding Contribution is a voluntary, one-off, choose-what-you-give payment that helps fund design, engineering, governance, preservation planning, and the first working versions of the Founding Registry and The Park.
It is not a charitable donation, investment, loan, plot purchase, Founding Registry claim, or payment for priority. It gives no ownership, financial return, better location, superior stone, verification advantage, status, search treatment, or travel shortcut. You must be at least 18 years old to contribute.
4. The Founding Supporter promise
If Spring Meadow Park launches its first public Founding Registry, we will publish a Founding Supporters record. Every contributor with a valid, completed payment who chooses recognition will receive one equal mention under their chosen name or pseudonym. A contributor may instead remain anonymous.
The record will not publish payment amounts, tiers, leaderboards, repeated entries, or larger mentions. We may refuse or remove a name only where reasonably necessary because it is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, impersonates another person, infringes someone's rights, or threatens the safety or integrity of the project. A mention remains for as long as Spring Meadow Park operates the record, unless the contributor asks us to remove it.
5. Project risk
A contribution supports an attempt to build Spring Meadow Park; it does not purchase a completed product or guarantee a launch date, particular feature, graphical quality, platform, audience, or commercial outcome. Contributions may be spent on development and operating costs as they are received.
6. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by emailing info@eipaw.com from the email address used at checkout. After 14 days, we will still correct duplicate or mistaken payments where reasonable and provide any refund required by law, but the project changing, being delayed, or not launching does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use automated means to make false or duplicate claims. Do not add a family draft or recognition dishonestly, claim authority you do not have, or upload material that infringes another person's privacy or rights. Future parts of The Park may have additional community and content rules before they open.
8. Our material
The website, Park concept, writing, design, imagery, code, names, and other project material belong to EIPAW LIMITED or their respective licensors. You may view and share links to the public website, but may not copy or commercially exploit its material without permission.
9. Availability and liability
We may improve, replace, suspend, or withdraw prototype features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, EIPAW LIMITED is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the website or contributed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
10. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. We may update them as the project develops. The terms shown when you contribute will apply to that payment; material changes will not retrospectively remove the Founding Supporter promise.
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy notice.
